The item was deliver to [redacted] at West Creek Town homes office on August 4, This was per request from [redacted] File img 7576.png shows that at 11:pm the item was delivered and a message was sent via text message to [redacted] I informed them that the disk was delivered I did not receive a reply back that they saw my textProduct was delivered on August 4th If you have any questions please contact [redacted] at [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On 4-10-my daughter took pictures with [redacted] Photography at [redacted] I paid for different poses and picture sizes which Ms[redacted] ***/ [redacted] Photography charged me for with mailingI purchased a magnetic picture necklace for my daughter from Ms[redacted] at the same vending table, which we received in weeks with a follcontact from Ms[redacted] to see how we liked itFour to six weeks go by, have not received pictures from Ms[redacted] / [redacted] Photography On 6-3-16, after not receiving pictures for 1/weeks, called and left message for Ms[redacted] / [redacted] Photography that we have not received pictures to please return my callI received no response/correspondenceCalled Ms[redacted] and asked if she could lease get in touch with Ms [redacted] On 6-9-16-called Ms[redacted] / [redacted] Photography-left message that we have not received pictures to please return my callI received no response/correspondenceContacted Ms[redacted] to please contact Ms[redacted] On 6-23-Called [redacted] -left message to please return callShe returned call at 5:30pm and left messageI returned her call at 7:30pmI explained I have not received picturesShe stated she mailed themI stated I have not received picturesShe told me to text my addressIexplained I want to pick up picturesShe said she would be busyI explained I would be out and about that weekend to please meet me somewhereI just want to pick up picturesShe stated she would call me Firday 6-24-On 6-24-16-Did not receive call from herCalled Ms [redacted] on Friday 6-24-and stated I have paid for my daughters pictures since 4-10-and want the pictures or a refundNo response/correspondence fromMs[redacted] / [redacted] PhotographyOn 6-28-16- Called Ms[redacted] / [redacted] Photography-left message to please send my daughters pictures or refund my money No response/correspondence from Ms [redacted] / [redacted] PhotographyIt is 11-going on weeks that we have not received pictures from 4-10-Three more weeks go by, it is now 7-14-16-I go to my Bank-put in complaint I have not received my daughters pictures I paid for on 4-10-with [redacted] Photography and requesting refundIt doesn't seem like they are ever going to send my daughters picturesI have not received refund from Ms[redacted] / [redacted] Photography or BankThree more weeks go by and I finally receive orange certified receipt in mail on 8-6-from [redacted] PhotographyI go to Post Office on 8-8-to sign for envelope of picturesInside envelope is 1- 8x10, 3- 5x7's, and 8- 1/x 1/2's of one pose of my daughterOur whole order was not mailedThe other poses and sizes are not in there that Ms [redacted] / [redacted] Photography charged me forThank you for sending pictures I received on 8-8-of one pose of my daughter, but am requesting to be refunded for the other poses that Ms [redacted] / [redacted] Photography charged me for that I did not receiveIt has been a long months that my daughter and I waited for these pictures Regards, [redacted] ***

1st please be advise that your notice states 2nd notice we never received the 1st notice. As for the account that [redacted] is portraying comes off as if I am very rude and never sent her her product . When [redacted] order our product at the Cheer competition she was told she could make two... choice on her 4x6. on the other items of the package she purchase it would be 1 pose. When she choice her pictures with my team member she picked 6 different poses for the whole package. I did let her know when I spoke to her that it's on one choice. I did not fell that I came off rude I was just informing her that this was our policy . We allow one pose but we did let her choice the 4x6 of 2 poses since she was getting a button made by one of vendors. She contacted Mrs. [redacted] to ask me to contact her. I called a couple of times . 1 time the way her voice mail was set up it was telling me invalid entry. The 2nd time I called I did not try to leave a message since it was saying invalid entry. I mentioned it to [redacted] that if she spoke to [redacted] please let her know . I reach out. She told me she may not answer because she was a nurse or something to that nature. I did speak with her and let her know I did send her package and she said she did not receive this package . at this same time I did let her know that if was only 1 pose we sent her. She asked if I could meet her . I did tell her that I could try to meet her on friday possible Saturday . On friday when I received her call I was unable to meet with her since it was later in the day and I was heading to a job. I told her I could possible try on Saturday . I did call her I the morning and once again the message was invalid entry. She did call later that afternoon very rude telling me I guess your not meeting me. I contacted her back on Monday morning during regular business hour with no call back from [redacted] ***. We have sent out 1000 of photo packages and video . I send them through the post office with keeping shipping cost down to $2.50 to be sent. Times thing may happen due to the post office and we do our best to resend and hope that there is honest form our clients. [redacted] has not returned my calls and I have recently resent her again her product . I paid the extra cost to have this package reprinted , and shipped with signature request. I have lost out money from this package being sent twice . We also do not appreciate that our reputation is being tarnished with a complaint that has added falls attitude and conversation . I am attaching proof that the product was resent and client has signed and was delivered to [redacted] ***. She has also filled a dispute with [redacted] for her purchase which she received a charge back to her card which I am disporting since I am showing proof of delivery . I am rejecting this response because: On 4-10-16 my daughter  took pictures with [redacted] Photography at [redacted]. I paid 50.50 for different poses and picture sizes which Ms.[redacted]/[redacted] Photography charged me for with mailing. I purchased a magnetic picture necklace for my daughter from Ms.[redacted] at the same vending table, which we received in 2 weeks with a follow-up contact from Ms.[redacted] to see how we liked it. Four to six weeks go by, have not received pictures from Ms.[redacted]/[redacted] Photography.  On 6-3-16, after not receiving pictures for 7 1/2 weeks, called and left message for Ms.[redacted]/[redacted] Photography that we have not received pictures to please return my call. I received no response/correspondence. Called Ms.[redacted] and asked if she could lease get in touch with Ms. [redacted]. On 6-9-16-called Ms.[redacted]/[redacted] Photography-left message that we have not received pictures to please return my call. I received no response/correspondence. Contacted Ms.[redacted] to please contact Ms.[redacted].  On 6-23-16 Called [redacted]-left message to please return call. She returned call at 5:30pm and left message. I returned her call at 7:30pm. I explained I have not received pictures. She stated she mailed them. I stated I have not received pictures. She told me to text my address. Iexplained I want to pick up pictures. She said she would be busy. I explained I would be out and about that weekend to please meet me somewhere. I just want to pick up pictures. She stated she would call me Firday 6-24-16. On 6-24-16-Did not receive call from her. Called Ms. [redacted] on Friday 6-24-16 and stated I have paid for my daughters pictures since 4-10-16 and want the pictures or a refund. No response/correspondence fromMs.[redacted]/[redacted] Photography. On 6-28-16- Called Ms.[redacted]/[redacted] Photography-left message to please send my daughters pictures or refund my money.  No response/correspondence from Ms. [redacted]/[redacted] Photography. It is 11-going on 12 weeks that we have not received pictures from 4-10-16. Three more weeks go by, it is now 7-14-16-I go to my Bank-put in complaint I have not received my daughters pictures I paid for on 4-10-16 with [redacted] Photography and requesting refund. It doesn't seem like they are ever going to send my daughters pictures.. I have not received refund from Ms.[redacted]/[redacted] Photography or Bank. Three more weeks go by and I finally receive orange certified receipt in mail on 8-6-16 from [redacted] Photography. I go to Post Office on 8-8-16 to sign for envelope of pictures. Inside envelope is 1- 8x10, 3- 5x7's, and 8- 2 1/2 x 3 1/2's of one pose of my daughter. Our whole order was not mailed. The other poses and sizes are not in there that Ms. [redacted]/[redacted] Photography charged me for. Thank you for sending pictures I received on 8-8-16 of one pose of my daughter, but am requesting to be refunded for the other poses that Ms. [redacted]/[redacted] Photography charged me for that I did not receive. It has been a long 4 months that my daughter and I waited for these pictures.
