Dear ***, In June Beverly came in and asked our company to remove and repair flat markers and upright government marker. We did so in July and returned themUnfortunately, we did switch the location of the flat markers and as of today that has been fixed. Beverly also
asked us to check on fixing additional slant type markers that were very old and may have rock bottoms (that would take additional work and she may not want that done). I was also to check on one large upright family stone and see if I could raise and level the monument. The monument has a deep foundation and it would take a considerable amount of work would cost several hundreds of dollars. In July after the work was mostly completed I was notified that now she had contacted another company. I put the markers back, although my crew did switch the location of the flat markers. Upon completion I was called several times accusing our company of theft and mismanagement. We have been in business for years and we have policies in place for our installation crews on how to handle items at gravesites. I know my crew and there was no theft involved. As of Aug25, we have not been paid for the work completed, and her last comment to me was that upon completion she would consider paying the bill Sincerely, __________________ *** *** *** ***
