Meliá Orlando Suite Hotel at Celebration

My debit was decline times.I called the hotel and my card was ran again and declinedI was told by the staff at reservation desk it was booked out of the country and that was the reason for this issueI told the representative representative that I wanted to cancel This was all done on Wed 07/
I received notice on Sat 07/my card was charged for a one night stayI called the hotel this morning and tried to speak to a Manger which I was told would not be there until I waited until after and called again and I was told she was busyI called the police dept and filed out a fraid reportThe manager was so rude at the time she retaliated and lied to the officer and wanted to trust pass warrant put on meI did not go on the property until after the police officer was thereThis shows you the type of rudeness that I encountered and they went to the extreme so they did not have to pay me what was debited from my account after I cancel the reservation
