Complaint: [redacted] I want to know how was the notice given to us??? If the notice was indeed given to us as your so called notes say, then why am I making a complaint???? I am pregnant I have been on bed rest for a few months I quit my job because of my pregnancy, therefore I have been at home (the apartment) since June day and night unless I go to Dr's office (which is like an hr out of apartment) when did you send the letter? When did you notify by email or text or call to myself or my husband??? The manager called my husband saying how unprofessional I was when I confronted him about the dates that my husband went to speak to him on October day days before we end our leaseUnprofessional, why???? Because I told him the truth, because I should facts, because the lady who said she was going to drop off the letter was sitting right Infront of the manager and I and didn't even say a wordSo tell me who is being unprofessional, the one who told the truth or the one who is lying???!!!!!!! I would not recommend this propertyThe Staff are not helpful
This property charged me late fee when the rent was paid on timeWhen I went in to try to resolve the issue the manager refused to see meStated I needed to make an appointment because they were busy
The were not too busy however to go into my Account and recharge me an additional because "they made a mistake"They were also not too busy to try and beat me to email the regional manager that we were "uncooperative and refused an appointment"
The way I look at it if you have time to cover your own tracks and email someone to make us look bad before we have the opportunity to resolve the issue then you probably had the time to sit down with us for less than minutes and hear us out and look at the proof we have to show that we paid on the correct date
