I have been informed that while it is legal for mytime to list my business on their web-site, it is not legal for them to make appointments for my business without my authorization. I have never authorized them to do so. Furthermore, they are offering appointments at my place of business on days and hours I do not work and for services I do not provide. I want Melian Labs and mytime to immediately remove my business from their web-site and to not list my business on this or any other web-sites they may have.

appointments, doing what a personal assistant would. In this case, the business did not want us to book on your behalf so we put you both in touch to book directly. We always aim to make this a more seamless experience but also need to respect businesses' wishes.
Also, we certainly didn't mean to give the impression that we represented the business, since they have not claimed their listing. That's why we had prominent disclaimers all over the appointment request page, and also sent you an email and text explaining that we were trying to confirm your request.
We're sorry this wasn't satisfactory and hope you'll give us another shot in the future. If you contact us directly, we'd like to offer a discount on your next appointment via MyTime to make up for it. You, as a business owner, also have the option to sync your calendar system with us (all for free!) so customers can book instantly-confirmed appointments and make the process even easier for yourself and potential clients.
