I am rejecting this response because: any details that given about charges for repairs was given nearly days after moved out how do I know if these charges are legitimate or just made up because my move in inspection form that is signed by property manager John pI also have video evidence that will be uploaded to bob my internet is down and I am responding on my mobile phone

Again this is totally falseWhen someone leaves a property in the condition they did and I have three witnesses to that, then his claim is without meritAlso by law we do not have to respond on a time limit when the tenant clearly violated terms of the lease with the condition he left it inWe have witnesses and pictures from all of themThe owner of this property who is one of the witnesses and will not pay for the damages they leftShameful that people live like this and then lie so they don't have to pay for it. I have typed up a reply several times which it would not take. I'll try here again.First of all the key here is the pictures that were taken by the property manager and the Vendor.  The owner also has pictures that match when he saw the property himself. He is a local owner of the property.I'll...

let the pictures, the tenant statements (the property had two different owners while the tenant lived there so there are two statements being attached.) copies of the lease, the move in inventory, the SDR (security deposit reconciliation) and make ready notes speak for themselves.  They alone will dispute the tenants statements. The tenant clearly violated the terms of the lease in not making his payments on-time, bouncing payments and most of all the condition of the property when vacated as you will see from the pictures and witnessed by three different people.As we evaluated this there were several other charges we could have charged the tenant but did not. For example anytime a tenant uses his deposit to pay unpaid rent we can legally charge him treble rent for doing that. We did not but if he continues to dispute this we will add that charge and even take them to court if necessary.See attachments and if you have any questions, please email me.
