Hired this company to take care of the rat problem in my unfinished basementThey were to install a vapor seal, replace the insulation, evict/trap/kill all pests, and clean up the animal wasteWe had s verbal issues throughout the day with them causing some damage to piping(they did repair), an employee quitting on the spot, and another simply not showing up at allThey appeared to finish the job but I have come find out that they did not complete the vapor barrier to standard, they did not clean out the animal waste, did not close all of the holes the rats were getting in through, and we still have a rat problemWe paid them for a complete job and we are in the same boat as if they had done no workI contacted them with these issues and have not received a response
