A Tempo El Artesano Cajon
Returned item because it didn't make any kind of snare sound. The strings are so tight they did not vibrate. They debated this and said it did. Well I didn't buy a top of the line instrument and return it because I didn't like the way it looked. Then I was told it has a dent on the back which I didn't do. How do I know it wasn't there when they sent it to me? I didn't even look. My bad. Now they are taking a charge against my full refund. I don' trust this company. I HIGHLY SUGGEST DOING A YELP SEARCH ON THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL SEE OTHER COMPLAINTS ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR DAMAGE UPON RETURN.

Hello! My name is Wilbur Price - the owner / president of Melody Music Shop LLC I believe claim ID against my business to be falsely accused / incorrect and targeted at the WRONG BUSINESS [redacted] purchased the piano from Melody Music Shop LLC but HIRED [redacted] to move their purchased piano to their home upon my recommendation (as they've provided excellent service for me for countless years) Apparently, during they move, [redacted] broke their window - NOT MY FAULT OR LIABILITY!; this is why we do not do the piano moves ourselves [redacted] had requested ANOTHER company to have the window replaced but somehow, it has not been followed through I have attempted (several times!), in good faith, to light a fire under everyone's behinds to get this resolved but, alas, [redacted] and [redacted] can't seem to get this timed out / finalized Melody Music Shop LLC works --VERY-- hard to provide the most OUTSTANDING customer service and goes above and beyond to help resolve any issues Our year track record of 100% positive feedback (see the Google and Facebook reviews!) should express this confidence to the Revdex.com and anyone else involved See the following emails and responses below with Mr***; Melody Music Shop LLC should not be faulted for this in any way whatsoever; the claim should be brought against [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was no proposed action to resolve my complaint in Melody Music's response, only a shirking of responsibilityIn other words, I can accept an offer that hasn't been madeThe moving company was contracted by Melody music and therefore was in their employAfter buying a $4,000.00+ piano from them, we assumed that Melody Music would have bent over backwards to fix a simple window for us in a timely manner, but this did not happen for FOUR MONTHS, despite our continual e-mails, phone calls, and personal visits to their storeWe have saved all of our e-mails and call logsMy wife and I are extremely busy people, but we tried to be very open-minded and flexible about the situationWe have very little time to track down companies that Melody Music contracts to do work for them in order to get them to fix damage done to our property while delivering a product bought from Melody MusicIf I had broken a friend's window by accident, I would have it fixed the following dayA company attempting to provide even a modicum of customer service would not have taken four months (extending into the winter) to have fixed the windowI was never contacted by any moving company until yesterday, nor by any glass repair companiesA couple of times I showed up to my house to see representatives from glass companies measuring my broken window, but they were unannounced, and they never followed up by actually fixing my window.It pains me to have had to contact the Revdex.com at all about a local business that many of my friends have connections to, but a few weeks ago I told the gentleman from Melody Music who wrote the response that I would unfortunately have to contact the Revdex.com if I didn't get resolution, and still nothing happened If I had gotten a response through the Revdex.com site in which Melody Music had taken responsibility for the damage, apologized, and promised to fix the window, I would have simply accepted it outrightThings happen by accident and can be resolved.Regardless, it is a moot pointAfter contacting the Revdex.com two days ago, I was finally contacted by the moving company yesterdayThey were very apologetic, and offered to pay me money for my "hardship." I let them know that I did not want any of their money; I only wanted my window repaired because it was snowing outsideA gentleman from a glass repair company came to my house this morning and repaired the windowThanks Revdex.com! After contacting you, my window was repaired within hours; before that, I had waited four months[redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello!  My name is Wilbur Price - the owner / president of Melody Music Shop LLC.  I believe claim ID 10329363 against my business to be falsely accused / incorrect and targeted at the WRONG BUSINESS.  [redacted] purchased the piano from...

Melody Music Shop LLC but HIRED [redacted] to move their purchased piano to their home upon my recommendation (as they've provided excellent service for me for countless years).  Apparently, during they move, [redacted] broke their window - NOT MY FAULT OR LIABILITY!; this is why we do not do the piano moves ourselves.
[redacted] had requested ANOTHER company to have the window replaced but somehow, it has not been followed through.  I have attempted (several times!), in good faith, to light a fire under everyone's behinds to get this resolved but, alas, [redacted] and [redacted] can't seem to get this timed out / finalized.
Melody Music Shop LLC works --VERY-- hard to provide the most OUTSTANDING customer service and goes above and beyond to help resolve any issues.  Our 5 year track record of 100% positive feedback (see the Google and Facebook reviews!) should express this confidence to the Revdex.com and anyone else involved.  See the following emails and responses below with Mr. [redacted];
Melody Music Shop LLC should not be faulted for this in any way whatsoever; the claim should be brought against [redacted].
