To whom it may concern:
I want to address any concerns you may have for the case XXXXXXX where Ms*** *** filed a complaint against my business
On the next few pages I will provide all proof to show that I am not guilty of selling a
salvage vehicle nor have I ever refused to help her fix the vehicle
Papers provided:
A copy of the original title
A copy of the title of the previous owner
A vehicle history report that customer signed that indicates the vehicle is not salvaged
A vehicle history report that I looked up today that has the most up to date info on the vehicle
Original documents where my mechanic worked on the vehicle and what he did to fix the problems
And last a copy of the Dealer Auction where I bought the vehicle which does not say it's a salvage vehicle
I hope that we can come to a resolution in this case, and look forward to keeping Ms.*** *** as a customerThank You for the time and if you have any further questions feel free to call me at either numbers provided

because I have the paperwork that I had to put new tires the car came with worn out tires with bumps all over and I put in another stereo the one it came with didn't work I fix the oxygen senser and put the balatas I dont know how to say it in english and I have what would be the cost of fixing what they didnt want to fix and the car was considered salvage they are corrupt they get fake papers you guys should do an investigation in there company they bought the car in and try to sell It to me for almost

To whom it may concern, I am the general manager at Melody's Auto Center my name is Vicky CamargoI would like to apologize for not responding sooner due to the fact that I just received the letter in the mailI would like to start off addressing the stuff Ms.*** is responding back with, when Ms.*** came into our office she test drove the vehicle and when she said she liked the car we gave her a price on which she agreed withWhen Ms*** saw they vehicle she never mentioned anything about the tires or stereo not being in good conditions, which they were both in good conditions when she leftIf afterwards when she left she decided to put an after market stereo on it that is totally upon her, which doing so is that it is now causing problems to the vehicle due to the fact that the whom ever installed the new stereo on the car didn't do a professional job which is why the vehicle has the check engine light on at the momentI did speak to Ms.*** after we had the vehicle repossessed and I did inform her that she had days to get in touch with us and that if she still wanted the vehicle she had days to pay the full amount owed on the vehicleI would like to also mention that Ms.*** has been sending me text messages to my personal cell phone number at different hours of the day, I have asked her to stop texting me but she keeps doing it anywaysIf you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at (XXX)XXX-XXXX or (XXX)XXX-XXXX or by email to ***
