Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I completely reject the answer to the complaintThe contract clearly states "wheelchair accessible" in the description of the job to be completedIt also states they would install a galvanized steel rampA few weeks later we were told that the steel ramp wouldn't work and it would have to be woodClearly a "bait and switch tactic" I was promised the paint when they switched to a wood rampSince then, [redacted] has imagined responses from me and make things up, much like a bad used car salesman. For instance, I was never told that it was impossible to build these ramps, or that it would be more expensiveThe cost was over $8,I also was told they would paint it, but later agreed to the paint being dropped off as painting couple not be done for a couple of months I didn't trust them to come backI never got any paintMy constant mantra was "if you can't build it to ADA code, I don't want it." Why on earth would a handicapped couple agree to a ramp that was much too steep and did not meet code? I have a bad left leg and my husband suffers from a botched hip surgeryI don't believe he has ever talked with [redacted] as my has vascular dementia and I try to keep him calm most of the time[redacted] has gone from "whatever it takes" to "I don't have to do anything"I have employees who are willing to testify to this in courtAnd now it is all my fault he can't seem to build it properlyThe back ramp failed the inspection and ended in the mudHow would you move a wheelchair thru mud, I ask you? Free landing? It wasn't even poured properly and is not the right 4xdimensionsClearly there is a disconnect between reality and his version of the truthAll one needs to do is to check the city codes, like I did, to clearly see the issues But then again, since he isn't even licensed in this city, why would he? He has said that he has no intentions of fixing the back ramp, yet to you he says he will fix the pitch and add a landingOnce again, more liesHe visited me over a week ago with his sales president and the president of his company trying to intimidate meHe knows what is wrongHe also tried to get me to sign a "new contract" with unfavorable and unfair terms, such as I would withdraw all my complaints and never complain about his company in any wayI have a copy of this if he denies it.His latest workers told me they had about an hours work to do, and would I please sign the blank paperwork they had as I was there thenI trusted them and did sign the paperRight after I signed it [redacted] packed the crew up and leftThey did not put the wood on the side of the rails near the bottom to prevent the wheelchair from falling off the rampMy bad for trusting themThere was lumber left on my property that I was going to use to finish the jobThey came and stole itI am currently reviewing if I want to file a civil suit with themI am a new resident to this city, but I can tell you one thingI have never had this type of treatment with any company I have dealt with, and I have acted as "contractor" to several remodeling jobs in my homesIn my opinion, Premier Exterior Solutions prey on older people and have little respect for promises, in writing or verbalOf course I will tell my friends what has happenedThe only comments that get posted on their web sight is starbut then again, if they aren't five start, I suspect he removes themThat could account for the so few commentsIf he would have done the job propI was promised a product that wasn't deliveredWith a year warranty on product and installation, I deserve the product I signed for to be builtI have attached a copy of the original contract.Thank you for your time, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

To who it may concern, I find this complaint particularly troubling considering the facts that surround the circumstances PES, contracted with Mrs [redacted] on __April 26, 2017__ Our original contract was for the amount of $23, Per the contract the customer was to receive the following services Approx x screened porch (frame built) Approx x new deck/ext Approx x deck extension Approx feet of privacy fence (including removal of the old fence) Special custom rope deck railsenergy efficient replacement windows A one piece tub/shower combo kit (Upgrade July 17, 2017, New decking on her existing deck)(Upgrade July 17, 2017, all glass sunroom instead of screen room) Note: All of the above work was completed with in the specifications of the original contract (less the tub/shower combo) on or before July Per the contract dated April 26, Customer to receive product in 6-weeksDONE We have a signed completion certificate that the customer was fully satisfied with the work that we completed One of the reasons that Mrs [redacted] said that she originally contracted for our services, was due to our quality in product, warranty and low cost approach, per her request of services Approx two weeks after signing her original agreement Mrs [redacted] , asked [redacted] (the original sales rep) what the cost would be to re deck her existing deck She agree too pay an additional price of $1,for this service Once the applicators where ready to build her screen roomMrs [redacted] requested a price to up grade to a custom frame built, fully enclosed sunroom (windows instead of screen) The original price quoted to her for this upgrade was $4,She said that was a little steep for her budgetHowever, it was the weekend and we decided to give a special price at cost of $3,for the upgrade She agreed to this priceThe installer "***", explained to her at this time that she would need to sign an additional contract (see below) for the new decking add on cost ($1,200) and the sunroom upgrade cost ($3,000)She agreed and signed the contract for the additional services on July 17, That contract total was $4, Once the guys completed the work she said that she only had $1,to put down?? The guys explained that this is not what the parties had agreed too She said "too bad"I will pay the additional $3,weekly as I get paid Note: obviously we are not a finance companyWe never would have moved forward with this costly up grade if the customer would have been honest with her financial situation Our office manager (***), called Mrs [redacted] and explained that we had other finance options to help her pay us the additional monies owedShe hastily refused and said "I will pay you when I pay you" At the time of completion, The shower/tub combo kit was on back orderWe explained to Mrs [redacted] , that we would install it as soon as time permitted Approx one week later Mrs [redacted] , called [redacted] and stated that she had lost her job and wanted to cancel the tub/shower combo for her bathroom After looking at the original cost approach of the combo kit of $2,(see Ricks original detail sheet below tear out $500.00, product cost $1,500).We decided that it was close enough and that due to her mitigating circumstances that we would strike the $3,000.00, that she still owed us from the sunroom upgrade (Instead of billing her the difference of $1,Another sign of good faith from our company) Mrs [redacted] , did call [redacted] and asked for a break down of costMrs [redacted] said "I just don't want to get screwed"That didn't sit well with us due to the fact the only victim at this time was PES [redacted] was a little taken back at the particular request and said that "she would see what she could come up with" Although she does not have access to the details of the filesI do admit that [redacted] could have been a little more less vague with the request from Mrs [redacted] Conclusion: We are deeply sorry that Mrs [redacted] has lost her jobWe do not wish those circumstances on anyoneHowever, At the end of the day, It is our position that Mrs [redacted] is clearly trying to take advantage of our kindness to work with her So we propose one of two options to facilitate her concerns/request We will be happy to install the tub/shower combo kit as we had originally agreed tooHowever, we would request proof of a $3,cashier check (monies still owed for the upgrades) prior to the commencement of the installationWe would still be willing to honor our original olive branch by forgiving the $1,0000.00, in regards to the $2,cost approach (for her small bathroom remodel) versus the $3,that she still owes for the additional work requested and performedAnd letting her out of the contract for services for her bathroom remodel dated April 17, Please advise us of the customers position Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, This complaint was originally filed due to lack of communication between our hired contractor, PES and Mrs [redacted] and Mr ***We have since resolved the communication issue and as of September 9, 2017, the entire job has been completed to the customers satisfaction Regards, JA/RGPES Team

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because I have not signed a completion of work performedIf they have one on file it has been falsifiedI was asked to sign one prior to all of the work being completed and I tore it up and through it in the trash because the caulking around the windows was and is still not complete, the back deck is not finished, one of the windows on the back porch is faulty and I mentioned that to Mike (it wont stay up), the construction is not up to code(framing for doors), and they still have to pick up the rest of the trash that they leftThe fencing that was put up between the neighbors wobbles over inches when touched because they never put in new 4Xposts, just used existing posts which are rotten
I am not trying to take advantage of this company, just wanting the quality workmanship that they claim they do

Sue to the facts presented below I do not believe that this dispute claims any type of legitimate mis representation of products or servicesThis matter is simply a good faith issue between the customer and PES at this point. ** *** *** ***

Reference *** *** *** Premiere Exterior Solutions Original contract dates March 27,(see below) Original scope of workA foot by foot ramp with a landing pad up topCompleted per the contract: Back ramp feet x with one resting platformCompleted ADA specs are never mentioned in the original contract The original representative brought up the fact that we would try to achieve ADA standards with the front rampADA is a commercial qualification NOT a residential The *** were told originally that they had the option of the custom wood or metal rampsWe had a little more flexibility in the layout if they choose wood Which was their preference. We completed the job and also poured an additional concrete pad at the bottom of the back ramp as well as fixed a soffit repair for themThis extra work was done free of charge ** *** expressed his pleasure more than once about the original Ramps About months ago Mrs Henderson became very bitter and asked that we adjust the front ramp to less of a slope We agreed to do thisHowever, this was considered a repair issue at the timeSo her job was not considered priority over first time customers She became more and more frustrated and started complaining more and moreSo we did the best that we could with our current man power We have since agreed to completely tear down the old front ramp and make it times the current length to try and make it conform to a ADA commercial like applicationThis is in 100% good faith to *** *** and at a extreme cost of goods and services to usWe can't conform exact to ADA, as it will take *** *** dealing direct with city requirements and specsAgain, the reason why we did not put ADA standard on the original contractWe are not ADA certified. Last week (week of August 27) we had two guys out to demo and order new materials Today the 6th we have a man crew on site and working We want *** *** to be completely satisfied with our companyI do not believe that there is a company around that would take on the expense to renegotiate to such great lengths outside of the realm of the original contract free of charge. Simply putWe have executed accordingly to the scope of the original contract In regards to the back yard rampWe will make adjustments and possibly add another landing area to accommodate less of a slopeHowever, this will be handled once the front ramp is complete and during a time when we have freed up some extra man powerI would expect this to happen later this fall. Below is a picture of the free concrete pad that we added free of charge *** *** is responsible for the inspection feeThis is not a requirement for the type of ramp that she originally purchased from us The only thing that we ask of Mrs Henderson is that she stops defaming our company name and exercises a little More patience while we make this good faith attempt to shore up her pending concerns I have practiced law for yearsThis is an attempt to mitigate and resolve a service issue in the highest regards to ethic and integrity. Regards, *** *** PES PsI have just received a telephone callMrs Henderson has since involved the city and they have required HER to apply all types of additional specs and requirements for a exact ADA rampThat is why we originally built it to the specs of her current yard scopeSo now she will have to get all the proper paperwork aligned before we can even get started on alterationsShe will now be responsible for any new yard demo and grades etcWith this new development we are being forced to pull our crew and have once again wasted time and money on her directive. It is now a good time for her to work direct with us and too with draw any complaintsIt is my position that she is attacking our company integrity in a un lawful and un warranted manorOriginal contract: no where does it reference ADAWe are not legally certified there fore we can't even refer to ADA on record.New Front ramp20xas stated on the contractAlso, we worked with every inch of her yards New Back ramp 25x4Demo of front ramp: Back ramp with free concrete pad landing

To who it may concern,   I find this complaint particularly troubling considering the facts that surround the circumstances.   PES, contracted with Mrs [redacted] on __April 26, 2017__.   Our original contract was for the amount of $23,000.00   Per the contract the customer was to...

receive the following services.   Approx 12 x 10 screened porch (frame built) Approx 12 x 10 new deck/ext Approx 8 x 3 deck extension Approx 230 feet of privacy fence (including removal of the old fence) Special custom rope deck rails. 7 energy efficient replacement windows A one piece tub/shower combo kit (Upgrade July 17, 2017, New decking on her existing deck). (Upgrade July 17, 2017, all glass sunroom instead of screen room).   Note: All of the above work was completed with in the specifications of the original contract (less the tub/shower combo) on or before July 22.   Per the contract dated April 26, 2017. Customer to receive product in 6-12 weeks. DONE.   We have a signed completion certificate that the customer was fully satisfied with the work that we completed.   One of the reasons that Mrs [redacted] said that she originally contracted for our services,  was due to our quality in product, warranty and low cost approach, per her request of services.   Approx two weeks after signing her original agreement Mrs [redacted], asked [redacted] (the original sales rep) what the cost would be to re deck her existing deck.   She agree too pay an additional price of $1,200 for this service.   Once the applicators where ready to build her screen room. Mrs [redacted] requested a price to up grade to a custom frame built,  fully enclosed sunroom (windows instead of screen).   The original price quoted to her for this upgrade was $4,000. She said that was a little steep for her budget. However, it was the weekend and we decided to give a special price at cost of $3,000.00 for the upgrade.   She agreed to this price. The installer "[redacted]", explained to her at this time that she would need to sign an additional contract (see below) for the new decking add on cost ($1,200) and the sunroom upgrade cost ($3,000). She agreed and signed the contract for the additional services on July 17, 2017. That contract total was $4,200.00.       Once the guys completed the work she said that she only had $1,000 to put down??   The guys explained that this is not what the parties had agreed too.   She said "too bad". I will pay the additional $3,000 weekly as I get paid.   Note: obviously we are not a finance company. We never would have moved forward with this costly up grade if the customer would have been honest with her financial situation.   Our office manager ([redacted]), called Mrs [redacted] and explained that we had other finance options to help her pay us the additional monies owed. She hastily refused and said "I will pay you when I pay you".   At the time of completion, The shower/tub combo kit was on back order. We explained to Mrs [redacted], that we would install it as soon as time permitted.   Approx one week later Mrs [redacted], called [redacted] and stated that she had lost her job and wanted to cancel the tub/shower combo for her bathroom.   After looking at the original cost approach of the combo kit of $2,000 (see Ricks original detail sheet below tear out $500.00, product cost $1,500).We decided that it was close enough and that due to her mitigating circumstances that we  would strike the $3,000.00, that she still owed us from the sunroom upgrade.         (Instead of billing her the difference of $1,000.00. Another sign of good faith from our company).   Mrs [redacted], did call [redacted] and asked for a break down of cost. Mrs [redacted] said "I just don't want to get screwed". That didn't sit well with us due to the fact the only victim at this time was PES. [redacted] was a little taken back at the particular request and said that "she would see what she could come up with".   Although she does not have access to the details of the files. I do admit that [redacted] could have been a little more less vague with the request from Mrs [redacted].   Conclusion:   We are deeply sorry that Mrs [redacted] has lost her job. We do not wish those circumstances on anyone. However, At the end of the day, It is our position that Mrs [redacted] is clearly trying to take advantage of our kindness to work with her.   So we propose one of two options to facilitate her concerns/request.   We will be happy to install the tub/shower combo kit as we had originally agreed too. However, we would request proof of a $3,000.00 cashier check (monies still owed for the upgrades) prior to the commencement of the installation. We would still be willing to honor our original olive branch by forgiving the $1,0000.00, in regards to the $2,000.00 cost approach (for her small bathroom remodel) versus the $3,000.00 that she still owes for the additional work requested and performed. And letting her out of the contract for services for her bathroom remodel dated April 17, 2017.     Please advise us of the customers position.     Regards,       [redacted] [redacted]

We are going to send our general manager out immeadiatley to review/inspect the work that has been completed and speak directly with Mrs [redacted]. We do take great pride in our work and we do not want to speculate on the additional concerns that she might have regrading the completed work, with out actually addressing them first hand.[redacted] will be in touch the first of next week to set this meetimg up in hopes of resolvimg any pending issues. Regards,  [redacted]

To whom it may concern, This complaint was originally filed due to lack of communication between our hired contractor, PES and Mrs [redacted] and Mr [redacted]. We have since resolved the communication issue and as of September 9, 2017, the entire job has been completed to the customers...
