fake email and want to be refuned
I ordered 3 clothing items June 27,2020 and the funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. I received the items 30 days later and they are of poor quality and do not fit. I emailed the address given and it is Chinese and says email is full and unsendable post. I want my refund and this scam company is not allowing customers to find them, contact them or get refunds.

Ordered 2 dresses that took 3 weeks to arrive and once arrived the dresses were poor quality and not as described. No answer from company in English.

I have emailed 3 times over the last two weeks. I'm concerned that this is a scam website and they have taken my money and run.

They immediately billed PayPal for my $120 order but never shipped the order. Sent multiple emails since they don't have phone number and no response.

I didn't receive merchandise. I was charged $73. I could not reach any customer service and the email reply's I received were in Chinese.
I was charged for produce I never received and the company was unreachable. It appears to be a scam.

I placed an order from this company 4 months ago and they never shipped it.All customer service emails I sent have gone unanswered.
I ordered a dress from MeloMolly on 1/24/20 and have never received any shipping information. When I email the customer service email listed on the website, I receive a response in Chinese, which I cannot read. It has now been four months with no order fulfillment, shipping details, or communication despite my attempts to obtain the item or a refund.

I purchased women's clothing from this company, assuming that they are located in Massachusetts as that is what their website and Facebook pages represent. I also checked out their return policy before purchase and it seemed on the "up and up". I would have to pay return shipping, but they would refund within 30-days. You simply email the company for a return authorization approval and return shipping address.

The quality of the clothing was extremely poor, sizing was off, many of the items looked nothing like the website products. So I contacted them for a return via email just as outlined. It took several weeks to get a response, including a public facing facebook post.

They responded back that I should donate my items to charity and they would send a credit/discount for future purchase. I replied back that the quality of their products was extremely poor and I wouldn't be purchasing again. It took several emails to obtain a return address from them.

The return address is in China and in turn, too expensive to ship back as the shipping cost supersede the purchase price of the items, even though I spent well over $100.
