I stumbled upon Melrose Auto Outlet online, I swear I don't regret itOmar did great with assisting me in making sure I was very happy with everythingWhen I purchased my lovely Jeep a few days later I noticed a loud noise coming from my car, I contacted Omar and he set up an appointment for me to come in as soon as possible for it to get looked at and whatever part I needed to get orderedI took my car to get fixed and my oil changed, the part that needed to get fixed was not easy, when I came back the next day to pick up my car the part was brand new, no noise, and rode smooth, but because the Mechanic was too busy he didn't get to my Oil changeSo, the Business manager Michelle went out of her way to give me the money to go get my oil changedMoral of the story the employees here will look out for you, they care and they will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfiedThank you so much Michelle, Omar, and Melissa! xo

This response is irrelevantCustomer is able to read all paper work that explains everything during the signing process

This customer was approved by the bank based on the approval they gave usWhen the contract was submitted the bank found out that the customer was in an open bankruptcyBecause of this fact the bank was not able to process the loanSo the car needed to be paid for cash or retuned to the dealership The dollars they placed as a down payment was used for the insurance we placed and paid for them, the application fee we were charged from the bank, and for the mileage and wear and tear and damage they caused to the vehicle when it was in their possesion

The coverage of the warranty was shown to and explained to the customer during the signing of the paper workHe was able to read and understand all of the coverages during signingIf he was not okay with it he should have not agreed to sign the loanWe informed the customer the best we couldIt
is not our fault the 3rd party warranty company does not cover the part that broke on his vehicle months after purchase

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: it's not the truth and I was mislead by this business, also it has not been months since purchase the this vehicle, it has only been month and the Employee/ Finance Manager stated to me that this vehicle came with a bumper to bumper warranty, also I was not able to view the terms of the warranty at the time of signing the deal....I also was informed by Melrose Auto Outlet that when I receive a phone call from the finance company to give them a different amount of my down payment than was actually given
Sincerely,

The down payment was used to pay for the insurance that was placed and the application fee and the mileage fee and the cleaning the car needed after the customer used it and made the inside very dirty.

This Information is false. The car was in perfect condition ready to go for the gentleman to purchase the vehicle. When I took the deposit on the vehicle he was informed that the deposit was non-refundable. The reason he went and purchased a different car was because he went an purchased a car under his spouses name who had better credit and was able to get a newer car. We took the deposit toldf him it was non-refundable and made sure the car was ready to go for him and he choose not to take it. We did everything we could on our end to accomidate the customer. He simply chose to take a different route. Which I dont mind. We lost out on selling the car to four potential other buyers, thats why our deposits are non-refundable.
