Ms*** was provided a treatment by OPC Services for bed bugs on April 14, through her apartment complex. The property manager has been contacted and is aware of the complaint that has been filed with the Revdex.com. During our conversation with her, she indicated that Ms *** had
signed the Bed Bug Conventional Treatment Preparation Checklist that we provide to all customers prior to service. The checklist clearly indicates that during the treatment OPC will remove the dust covers and they will not be replaced. Bed Bugs easily hide in those locations and we deem it a necessary part of our service to remove them and treat inside the box spring itself. In addition to removing the dust cover, we require the mattress and box spring to be encased with industry approved encasements. In an effort to accommodate Ms***, we will supply her mattress and box spring encasements at no charge to her or the apartment complex. Many attempts to contact Ms*** by phone have gone unanswered

I tried to contact the customer on October 17th and twice on October 18th, three messages were left.  The Wicked Bracelet in Blue along with a prepaid envelope are shipping out today to the address that was provided on the complaint.  Please return the Wicked Bracelet in Black in the...
