My Name is Melvin S[redacted] and I'm emailing you for a complaint that was against my company. ID [redacted]. This complaint is totally false. We did not destroy her belongings. My crew moved her from [redacted]. I met the crew there when they was done unloading to receive payment....

There was an issue with that. Our customer [redacted] did not have the money to pay so she called her sister. She called me the next day and said her bed was not put together right. I told her we gonna have to set up an appointment and I'll personally will come do it. Explain to her that I am very busy with a lot of customers. She became very loud and disrespectful. I told her I would put it together as soon as I can. Then she called back a couple day after said we damaged her dresser and a TV stand. She sent pictures over and I told her there is no way we did that. We are a professional moving coming. We use pads on all of the furniture we move. I even checked with my crew and they said they never damaged anything. My question is why she wait a couple days to say we damaged her items. I really don't know what to do from this point. I can put the bed together but far as the other items. We did not to it. Thank you and I can be reached at 216-303-1248
