The EXACT same thing happened to me as to the review writer below. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SNAKES WHO DON'T BELIEVE IN INTEGRITY. I bought a 2015 Rogue on 9/29/16. Eric promised me the out the door price would be a certain number, he promised me this over and over again. He knew that, by out the door price, I meant only the cash amount I would be paying, NOT the total amount of cash plus my trade in, and he made me believe that. He knew what he was doing and I ended up paying $2,500 more than I was quoted. Way too much for the car I got. Integrity is dead, at least here. Avoid!

"About a year ago I stepped into the Wesley Chapel dealership and It resulted in the first time that I've been scammed. Worst car buying experience ever. I'm sorry this is going to be a bit long but I am very upset and want to warn prospective customers of what they might experience. I walked in looking for one of the used cars they had on their websites; a 2011 Altima. They never actually showed me the car but tried to shove a 2015 model down my throat instead. I told them that I was really on a budget and would only be able to take on a loan of 15,000. I had just moved into the city and was all alone so I really had to be careful with my money. I also knew that I wanted to attend grad school very soon so I really didn't want to be tied down with a major bill. The sales rep looked me in the eye and told me he understood and that he could put me in a brand new car with that budget. Then he told me to go home, give it some thought and that he would have a great deal waiting for me if I came back within 3 days. I went home to think about it. I thought to myself, I really needed a reliable car to go to work and if he was really serious about getting it under my budget then I guess it would be worth a try. I decided to go back and he laid the deal on the table. It wasn't even close to my budget so I refused but he insisted on getting me to buy the car. We negotiated back and forth to where it got close to my budget with me having to trade in my car to them. There we had reached a deal, 16k! I asked him multiple times if that was going to be the final price with everything included. He told me "Yes". Then they turned me over to the finance guy. I think his name was JP. I stepped into his office and he just played music and threw a whole bunch of paperwork at me. Didn't even explain anything. After we were done, they all congratulated me and I drove the car off the lot and went home. The following day I was curious and decided to go over the paperwork to read over the terms and conditions. Turns out that the sales rep had completely lied to me. The car ended up being way more than the amount he had told me it was and the price didn't even include my trade-in car. They had charged me extra taxes and fees and gap insurance and did some shady accounting to make it where I would pay the maximum amount in interest. The car ended up costing double what I bargained for. I called them to talk about it and they told me that only a stupid person would think that they can negotiate a deal with everything included. I felt insulted and knew some dealerships actually do negotiate deals with everything included. The guy told me I drove the car off the lot and that there is nothing they can do for me. I know it's my fault for not reading the fine print right away but I trusted the guy's word. Where i'm from there is something to be said about doing business with integrity. I have tried to post a review about this in the past but they have taken it down. Now that I have gotten into grad school and am feeling the hardship and the consequences of their scam, It just upsets me all over again. I am now determined to spread the word of this gross mistreatment of customers."

I arrived around 3:15 pm on 1/5/2017, I advised a sales manager, Ryan C. about my need to purchase a 2014 Nissan Versa Note that I had been leasing.

. I was then introduced to a sales agent, Christiaan C. who was to take care of my request to purchase this vehicle. I advised him that the finance company was Nissan Acceptance Corp. Mr. C. told me that he would obtain the figures from his manager that were required for me to purchase my leased vehicle and that he would return promptly. It was mentioned that he would have talked with the manager, Bruno P.

When the sales agent, Mr. C. returned he had the paperwork ready for me to sign and then for me to pay a check to "Wesley Chapel Nissan Dealership." When I reviewed the paperwork, I noticed that the payout amount was incorrect which along with fees and taxes would amount to over $15,000. I explained that in December 2016, I had called Nissan Motor Acceptance for the payout amount but I had not mentioned this because what I was quoted was more than 10 days ago. The sales agent immediately withdrew the paperwork and stated something like when Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp was overpaid that I would have received a refund in the mail. I felt like I was transacting business with the Wells Fargo Bank.

I then had the agent call Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp from the phone number that was present on his desk, 800-456-6622. The pay off amount that was quoted was, $10,165.29. The agent then presented me with new paperwork with a total due of about 12,500.00 which included the payout amount plus taxes and fees. I demanded some relief from all the fees. What I ended up paying was $11,996.92. I then wrote a check around 6:30 pm. I had been made to wait a long time for the finance specialist, Jonathan S. who was very efficient. I have no way of knowing if I was made to wait so long on purpose or not.

Excellent customer service. The deal was extremely fair for both parties, overall I don't have any complaints about Wesley Chapel Nissan. Asher P. was the sales coordinator who help us, highly recommended for people looking for excellent customer service, and the best part was how fast he worked with us.
