Mel's Transportation is experiencing some difficulties just like any other company that's fresh out the door and is trying to get ahead. I've had the opportunity to work there and experience some situations that I would rather not elaborate on. Now Although I was very heated and started typing some non Christian comments, I thought about it and decided otherwise. If we as a community (black community) keep coming here tearing each other apart what would it prove? I'm upset rite now but that's when I have to go to God and ask for forgiveness to change how I am feeling and what I was thinking. It's not Mel's fault. I just think it would be beneficial if she takes heed, stop feeling sorry for family/friends, and hire true business people who can come in and make her business work how it supposed to be worked. These family/ friends don't know anything about running your business or customer service. They are very rude, ghetto, and common. They don't know how to talk to people. I just pray Mel that you get it together really soon before you loose everything. Some of the people you have working for you don't mean you any good. I seen that from day 1. I'm praying for you young lady.
Review: [redacted] auto repairs has a contract to repair all of Mel's transportations vehicles we on a 30 day billing cycle we send Miss M[redacted] and invoice or email of the vehicles to be repaired she would signoff on the invoices or give a verbal agreement to repair the vehicle upon collecting for the 30 day billing cycle Miss [redacted] always gave us the runaround about the invoices saying that she's out of town she is not able to meet with me to settle up on invoices now Ms [redacted] is saying she want to copy of all the parts invoices that I purchased because she believes that we are double charging her for parts which is totally not true ms melissa has the invoices she can doublecheck the parts at the dealership where we purchased the parts from about the prices of the parts so when I was to meet with her to go over every part on all the vehicles she can't meet up with me saying she has to go out of town so Ms [redacted] been going out of town for the past three weeks every time I try to meet with her on this matter Ms [redacted] is avoiding me to come to her office as of today she is 60 days due which is a total of $9183.00 in overdue invoices Ms [redacted] at Mel's transportation is trying to find a way out of not paying any of these overdue invoicesDesired Settlement: Miss [redacted] at Mel's transportation need to pay the overdue invoices she is giving us the runaround not to pay them The total is $9183.00
