We really have nothing we can add other than to reiterate that it is not possible for our software to perform as alleged by the complaining party

Ms ***, I apologize for the tardiness of this responseNo excuses, I just plain forgot We do not have a record of a customer named *** ***, we did however perform an install for a Bevan *** who claimed a similar situation so I assume it is the same incident We
provide computer and smart phone monitoring for persons on probation or parole when such services are required by the court as a condition of that persons’ probation or paroleWe report violations to the respective probation or parole department Our software is not capable of the actions claimedOur software can filter (block) websites and report the clients’ usage to usIt cannot make any kind of change to the client’s device or data In the nine years of this companies’ existence there has never been an instance as claimed by Ms*** or Ms*** When there is difficulty during the installation of our software it is the result of an infected device or indicative of incompatible settings or software on the computerWhile we do our best to determine if such is the case prior to the installation, however it is the customer’s responsibility to make us aware of any such circumstanceRegardless, even if the client’s computer is infected or utilizing software that is not supported, it is still not capable of the actions claimed, our software will just fail to install As far as being non responsive is concerned, we did advise the claimant of the above and there is really nothing else we can add other than to continue to repeat the same narrative As an aside, if the client is using cloud storage it is quite likely that they haven’t lost their data at all but just became disconnected from it Please let me know if you have other questions or if I may be of service Again I apologize for the delay, Thanks, *** *** *** Director of Operations

As I understand the complaint, he is unhappy because we were unable to immediately assist him in reinstalling our software onto his deviceThat is true, we haven't any availability as all of our technicians are completely booked for todayI also understand that efforts were made to try and
schedule him for tomorrow and the complainant refused raising his voiceThe complainant was forwarded to a supervisor who again explained the circumstances to the complainantThe complainant remained adamant that it was going to happen today or else he would contact his attorneyOur employees followed our procedure and treated the complainant with more than the level of courtesy he returnedWe are still unable to get the software installed today and we are happy to schedule him for the next open appointment time

I am rejecting this response because:My computer did not have a virus on it and the information in this statement was not stated to me nor Mr *** We were told we would receive a call from the manager who would work to resolve the problem caused by this company All of my information was removed from my computer when this company installed their program.

I am rejecting this response because: This company does have procedures to accept special circumstances for failures in their software and refuse to work with their clients due to the fact that they are over loaded and do not care that their decisions could and will effect the lives of their clients/customersThey show NO concern and know that they are operating a MONOPOLY service and wish to keep it that way as long as possible As the primary service they provide as as always claim that changed were made to the end user comptuer if they would review their records that will show that ZERO changes were made to the end use comptuer and their software has become unresponsiveThey refuse to provide any type of contact information that their client base may register any type of registered complaintIf they would just fix the issue with their software and give cedit for the days of service and freely admit their software is at issue and stop trying to blame their customers for their failure as to run a business capable to handling the customer base then issues such as this would not occur.

I am rejecting this response because: your company did indeed caused irreversible damage to my data stored on my computer, no action was taken on your part to correct this, and this needs to be resolved and compensated. I am very sure your telephone lines are recorded and the conversation during this upgrade was recorded, which will verify the information you stated is definitely false. Your staff remotes to my computer and destroyed all of files.
