They were the main subcontractor for a GC I hired to add a quite large addition to our house and do some renovation to the old part of the houseThey are ok at doing basic stuff, nothing sophisticatedThe issues are that they finished the work at least months late (actually more than months late but there were some change orders and a permit problem - their responsibility - )They had other project going on and not enough people to perform on time.The GC (Wayland Construction) disappeared because the guy that was doing the job left the company and the owner did not care and latter on passed away so, from what I know the company is out of businessSome warranty items that came out after Olivares left, Jesus Olivares, the owner, assured me many times that they will take responsibility and fix the problems but it took almost and a half here before they showed up fixing about 1/of the issues (few hours of work) and then they totally disappeared not retuning at least phone calls and messages including the request to do additional paid workMy mistake was to pay all after they left based on the original contract terms
