I placed an order for almost $worth of equipment and called multiple times to check on my order statusOne week after my order, I was notified via email that a few items were on back order so I called to ensure that the rest of my order would be shippedThree days before my trip, still no package so I call againMelton tackle informed me that items must be shipped together including those on back orderRather than notify me during any of the plus times I called them, they forced me to cancel my order as it would arrive after my tripNo help or alternative solutions were offeredThe service rep very much implied that it was my fault! This is seriously bad customer service and a huge blow to a trip I have been planning for three yearsI will never shop with them ever againBuyer beware!!

Review: The item supplied does not fit the illustration on the website and the quality of the item supplied does not represent the illustration. Also the price charged does not represent the value of the goods supplied. The item ordered was a fish skin Sabiki bait jig and the item supplied was a much cheaper version.Desired Settlement: I want an item the same as the illustration shown on their website. I have contacted them and they have ignored my correspondence.
