Trucker came with semi through residential area and damaged the whole corner of my yard@ $500 to $700 damage and 6hrs Ltd still ave not got a reply
This happens on 09/17/2018 at 730am cst. I have pictures, neighbors and security footage of how and when it happened. I have spoke to two different dispatchers and one them hung up on me when I asked for a manager and when I called back he got rude with me
I want them to come out and fix my property with the same kind of quality that I already have. I take pride in my yard and now have a double foot deep rut in my yard

Both Ms. and our driver reported lawn damage on 9/17/18. One of our adjusters called Ms. (claimant) on 9/17 and advised that she had sent an email to Ms. requesting information and an estimate in order to process the claim. Photos, proof of ownership and 2 estimates were received so a Release for the claimant's signature was sent to her on 9/25/18. The signed Release was received 9/26/18 and a check request has been entered and will be printed and mailed on Friday, 9/28/18.
