Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I appreciate the response and am very grateful for this to have been resolved. [redacted] (who contacted me) was very kind and worked very hard to fix the issue at hand. Thank you!
Sincerely, [redacted]
Review: My complaint is not only about customer service, but also involves billing, delivery, and refunds. I have had a [redacted] subscription for a year. It automatically withdraws from my bank account every month and they send two [redacted] to my house. In November, I was charged, and never received my books. I contacted them, and did not receive a reply. I tried again a week later, and [redacted] apologized and promised the books would be sent out. They were not, nor were my December books. Then I contacted him again. No response for a week. I tried again, and he promised the next morning my books would be sent. I still did not receive them. Then I was charged for January. Still no books for any of those three months. The past three weeks, I have been trying to contact them, and have received no response. They are a media active company (daily posts to[redacted]), and so I know they have computer access. I have now been charged for February books. I hesitate to post this, simply because I want to support a small publishing house, but I have been very kind in my contact with them, I have been very patient, and I haven't been answered. The company just keeps taking my money ($16/month, total of $64).Desired Settlement: I want my books. I want a tracking number monthly or a shipping notification to keep track of when/where my purchase is located.
