Review: I made a reservation to stay at this hotel 10/**/2015.

Few hours later I decide Im going to cancel the hotel. So I called the Melville Marriot to cancel they said you have to cancel the day before I said I couldnt I made the reservation today They told me I still have to pay 235.00 I asked to speak with her supervisior she said she will say the same thing I held on for about 15 minutes the women comes back she is busy I said I will hold I got disconnected so I made a complaint.When I made the reservation the lady should had mad that clear the women never mention it to me. When I called to cancel they should at least charged me 50.00 not the price of the room.Desired Settlement: Get my 235.00 follars back.
