The consumer called and spoke with Revdex.com and stated that there are holes still in the yard from the fork liftHe has not heard from the company since the stomp was cut.

[redacted] spoke with the Revdex.com and he stated that he has went by the consumer's home and filled in the holes this morning. He stated that the fork lift did not make the rots in the yard, the rots in the yard are from when the tree came down. He stated that he has gone by the consumer's home several times and he was not there to speak with.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business and he stated that the consumer and the business had a verbal agreement about the work. They did not agree on grinding the stump but they did agree that he would cut it down. [redacted] stated that he did leave a few ruts in the yard but he is going to go back out...

Review: A neighbor brought [redacted] from down the street to give an estimate for removing a large redwood tree in our yard. He gave the estimate and said he could start the following Monday. I let him know that I was getting other estimates and would be in touch. Monday he shows up with a crew and chainsaws anyway. At that time I agreed to have the work done since he stated it would be done in 3 days and payment would not be due until the job was done. After day 1 [redacted] knocked on the door and asked if I have any money I can pay now so he can give some money to his crew. He was paid $100 at that time. 2 days later, he asked for the rest of the money, and against my better judgement, I gave him the remaining balance. After 2 1/2 weeks, the job was still not complete, but the company did not come back, and to date still has not. We agreed that he would cut the tree down to the ground so I could have someone come and grind the stump, instead he left a 3 1/2 foot tree stump. On top of that, he sold the lumber to someone who came into my yard with a fork lift and left multiple ruts in the yard.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to come out and remove the rest of the tree stump that was agreed upon, and to fix the ruts in my yard that were left by the person he sold the lumber to.

Removed several large trees from our yard near power lines without mishap at a very fair price. Workers were courteous, skillful and energetic. We would use this service again with no hesitation.
