I could only respond to him through email since he was in Europe and in the militaryThis caused a delay in communicationThis was his rental property, and in the contract is says if there were any repairs that needed to be done he would be chargedHe turned the paperwork into the insurance
company before he received him invoice for the repair workThere was a delay in the gutters being done, but in the contract it states he would be billed for repair work after the job was finishedHe is disputing that it was too late for him to turn this into his insurance company because of the time delay of turning that paperwork into his insurance company. We do not bill completely until all the repair work is doneI have emails showing that I told him I had the final invoice about the guttersGetting a response from him was very delayed since he was overseasI do have a trail of emails that I sent him in response to this issueThere would still be a

In addition I have attached the email chain that I received nearly 4 months after the project was completed and after I turned in all of my work into insurance. Finally I was not in Europe with the military while this work was being done, I was in fact in the United States and calling multiple times a week to get the invoice
