We call them to come out about three times a month I have documentation on all their visits
Every year around swarm time our problem is worse and worse since we been using them , we have more termites today then when they started
I now have cosmetic damage in my bamboo floors
I'm very unhappy with the treatment
We have been using Earth's Best for at least yearsWe are snowbirds; so we are only at our Florida house for months out of the yearWhile we are up north, they still take care of the houseAfter each treatment, they send us paperwork detailing everything they have doneI love the fact that their contracts and paperwork spell out exactly what we should expectLOVE LOVE LOVE this company!
