Melvin T. Morgan Roofing & Sheet Metal Co. Inc.

We had our metal roof scraped, primed and coated in March 2016. Starting in May 2016 I have leaks in the roof and I notified Melvin T. Morgan several times, no response. In June of 2016 I again notified them that I now had, in addition to the leaks, rust areas showing through the coating. On July 7 2016 the FIRST (and only) response from Melvin T Morgan Co. was to send one person out who stopped some of the leaks and only re-coated over the rusts. As of Oct. 12 2016 still have some leaks and rust spots. No contact from Melvin T. Morgan Roofing Co. P.S. Ask any reputable roofing professional if re-coating over rust areas with out cleaning and priming the first is a fix or a temporary patch. The drying time between primer and final coatings did not have the drying time as specified by the coating manufacturer.
