Due to federal regulation the credit union is unable to disclose specifics regarding member’s accounts and/or loans However, the terms of the contract have been followed as agreed to with the member Terms were established at the time accounts were opened and/or loans were consummated The credit union is unable to decrease the amount of interest owed by the member to the degree requested The member should speak with a credit union representative to discuss options for payment In addition, warranty products, similar to insurance, cannot be returned after the rescission period for non-use [redacted] Members Choice Credit Union

In the issue of complaint # [redacted] Members Choice Credit Union has still not refunded my fee for the extended warranty nor have they refunded anymore of the over charged interestI have not yet filed this in the courts system but am contemplating that as my next step

I have again attached my letter regarding the complaint. It is my understanding that Ms*** has been reimbursed by the merchant and the credit union has
