Horribly constructed product. I purchased online through Macy’s. Although it is their product, not only would members only not assist me with my issue, the customer service rep hung up on me. Is there a way to assign negative stars?!

Free Cruise and Air Fare - NOT!
I was promised a free Seven day cruise, (I pay taxes and fees), My choice of RCL, NCL or Carnival, the 3 Florida ports and 5,6, or 7 days. All I had to do was attend their 90 min. seminar. Well first of all I couldn't afford their $7500.00 entry fee, They even offered to lower it to $3500.00 after We said no. It just wasn't for uUs. Members Only Services transferred everything over to Hot Promotions company that eventually told Me they can't give Us what We were promised. Back and forth, for 3 months and over 23 phone calls We got NO CRUISE. Won't even try to get the Air Fare!
