because there are many times that there are back-to-back events that need to be carefully coordinated in and out. If they are sold out on an item we can't control their inventory.The menu changes were ironed out.  We charge for the tasting events and have for years. I'm sorry you don't like the policy, but it was made clear on documentation that this was the policy well before you booked the event. I wish you a happy future and apologize for any discomfort I may have caused during the process.Jack

I am rejecting this response because:It’s quite shocking Jack responded at all since we rarely got a response our entire year of wedding planning. I have saved all email correspondence from him and I know first hand what he’s really like and I’m not buying into his phony act for the Revdex.com. I have already made a formal complaint to [redacted] as well. Hopefully this post will be helpful in that it will discourage others from dealing with them in the future so they do not have their wedding ruined as well. They will ruin your entire wedding planning experience and if you need more verification of their disgraceful behavior just google their negative reviews online. You will see many similarities, I only wish I listened to those reviews
