Revdex.com:My problems with this company would never had occurred had this company been truthful. I was repeatedly been told the problem with receiving the urn was that of shipping and not that it was out of stock. I could have easily understood and accepted it was out of stock, as it was beautiful and I am sure a grieving cat lover's favorite. I was told a lie again about how and why my credit card was charged without my approval. I was told the manufacture requested the charge due to outstanding balance on my account ( which I had no balance with them) and not because my credit information had been "mix-up" with someone else; honestly this should have not happened at all. I was further lied to once more about this company taking immediate action to correct the problem with the "mix-up". My financial institution had not received anything from them; from the date this company reported they reversed the charges. I did after all wait four business days for this company to reverse the charges to my credit card before contacting them and the Revdex.com. I contacted my bank day 5, of their claim to have fixed the problem. Whether, due to a delay in transaction or the with help of the Revdex.com, and my bank; I received the money owed to me. I will accept this company's resolution to this complaint. However, first and foremost this company must learn to be truthful with their consumers; otherwise it may present as fraud.Sincerely, *** ***

We are so sorry she couldn't get the urn she wanted.our hearts are in this. that no one ever ordered from us again, and screamed into the phone each time she called.  We tried to explain that the manufacturer who drop ships the item was not able to fulfill the order. We emailed [redacted] about the manufacturer's engraving machine being broken and apologized but explained we had to cancel and fully refund her since they were unable to fulfill her order. [redacted]:  The company did refund all of the money due to me and I am very thankful for your help.  Sadly, the company felt a falsehood was neededto explain their actions related to my concern and possibly why I contacted Revdex.com; I saved every email both electronically and hard copy (print) I sent to them, as well as their response.

We are so sorry that the artist was out of stock when our customer ordered.  We fully refunded the customer when we were notified that the artist couldn't fulfill the urn in a timely manner. We're not sure why the customer couldn't reach us but we are open Monday through Friday from 6:30a to...

4:30pm PST and also respond to emails within 24 hours.  Our hearts go out to the customer for their loss and we're sorry we added to her grief.

Yes I did get my refund from this company, but I want to make it known that the statement made by the company was lies. Telephone conversations for training purposes should be able to clarify the truth. That's if they are professional enough to have that. After being bounced around, hung up on, unable to hear through a bad connection on their side and I had to call back multiple times and the rep admitted the phone lines were not great. This company should be put out of business or given a low grade, warning others to look elsewhere for their lost loved one. After the nonsense and getting fed up for being hung up on and calling back multiple times after the hang up to get a voicemail, that is when my attitude became aggressive. This company took my money and they are giving me hang ups and a run around? Yes, it was frustrating. I have to call the NEXT day to find out that the 3rd party couldn't do the order. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! So in my defense and to look out for other consumers, listen to the recording, if they have one. Thank you.
