I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is unsatisfactory to meBusiness does not state the date they acquired the Marysville Ohio Surgical Center, nor whether they acquired the assets (including accounts receivable) and/or liabilities (such as my refund due) with the acquisition I would appreciate a response from the business addressing the acquisition date and assumption of control, along with any business liabilities assumed with the acquisition.Regards, *** ***
