This hospital has the worst communication and severe lack of communication about the ongoing treatment and status of your loved one while they are admitted You have to hound them to get a doctor to call you, they don't consult with you or your loved one's actual doctors before changing meds, etcand no one proactively calls to give you status updates on any tests or new information ***You are left completely in the dark!!!***My mom's mental condition actually declined while she was there because they (unbeknownst to me) changed my mom's medications without consulting with her psychiatrist nor me which caused major setbacks***If you want quality care for your loved one, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (UCHEALTH)!!! [redacted] You will be severely disappointed!

The ER in this hospital is the worst I've ever seenThe waiting area is extremely dirty and the wait times were unbelievablely longOnce we made it back to the room the doctor was rude and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing We had to wait hours to find out the results of the blood workUnfortunately, my child and wife both have medical issues and I've spent my fair share in ERsThis was the worst ER I've ever seen

I am being taken to court for a bill that I never receivedI am told that I was a patient there about or years agoI don't even recall going there

The ER in this hospital is the worst I've ever seen. The waiting area is extremely dirty and the wait times were unbelievablely long. Once we made it back to the room the doctor was rude and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. We had to wait 4 hours to find out the results of the blood work. Unfortunately, my child and wife both have medical issues and I've spent my fair share in ERs. This was the worst ER I've ever seen.

I am being taken to court for a bill that I never received. I am told that I was a patient there about 3 or 4 years ago. I don't even recall going there.
