Still no picture
I have been trying to get the oval picture for my Mom's headstone. I paid back in December 2020 ( IT is now March 2021). I keep emailing Sal ( I have 9 of them). He keeps emailing me back saying that he didn't get the email ( How can he email me back and say he doesn't have the email?). I may never get what I paid for ( 120$). Left phone messages and never answered. I asked for a refund and no response.

I purchased 1 4 x6 medallion for my parent's memorial stone on July 2013 in the amount of $96.13. When I received the medallion, I was unhappy with it. In August, I contacted the company ([redacted])and explained that I was unhappy and would like to receive my money back. Mr. [redacted] seemed offended that I was not satisfied. He asked that I mail back the medallion and he would refund my money. I immediately mailed back the medallion and waited at least three weeks before contacting him again. With no response, I emailed the company and received a response from a person named [redacted], who emailed me and said the money was mailed. In September 2013, I received a message from Mr. [redacted] stating he would wait until the 15th of September to resend the refund or debit my account and that it must have gotten lost in the mail. I have checked with my bank and nothing has been debited. It is now October 14, 2013, and there is no response to my recent calls regarding this matter. I hope that you can help me resolve this matter. This is a sensitive subject as it is a picture of my deceased parents and deserves to be treated fairly. Thank you. The customer was aware of our product quality and how we process our Medallion. Her call to me was extremely offensive in nature, and I should have just hung up on her but I did not and offered to replace the medallion if she had a problem with the picture. However, her complaint was centered around our substrate we use. She obviously had a preconceived notion we were a ceramic supplier. Her Husband requested the Medallion, I believe, without consulting her. Over the past 4 years this is the first person to request a refund. On Oct 15th I refunded her the money back to her credit Card on 10/15/13 at 10:27:47 and we sent her a copy of the refund receipt via her e-mail. In addition it was sent back the day before she filed with you. It has nothing to do with your request before you believe I responded due to your letter.This will be the last time I deal with this customer.It is also interesting a few months ago I refused to join your organization, and you send me this complaint without even investigating it validity first.[redacted]OwnerMemorial Impressions


I had a medallion pic made for a headstone, it wasnt like the original, it was blurry ,very poor workmanshipthe pic they made was very blurry ,wasnt like the one we sent in and they proofed, I called them on it, they eclaimed it was in the pic or something, I had the pic remade with ceramic and it came out great, their execuse was non professional for a pic for a [redacted], this is inexceptable and I intend to file claims and charges against themDesired Settlement Iwant my money back and them out of businessBusiness Response My name is [redacted] of Memorial Impressions. I Have a complete set of documents from this customer, complete with two pictures he wanted produced into medallions. Our correspondences are complete with total discussions on how impossible it would be to colorize the sepia picture. We were instructed to do the best we could.Then his comment (I have in an email) when we sent the proofs said and I quote "they both (Two different picture's) look great. let's process these on March 3rd for Production.When he received the medallions he indicated the medallions did not match the color of the proofs. We tried to explain that perhaps his monitor showed different pantone colors since the medallion matched our proofs. he did not even try to understand the issue but immediately said he was going to someone else to produce the picture. I have full documentation of all emails back and forth, he obviously was happy with the second picture since he indicated he liked it. He kept both medallions and never sent the one he disliked back to us. He was difficult to deal with during the course of his comments. I am not, repeat NOT refunding his money since he accepted them and never returned then, especially since we explained before we manufactured the medallion we were not happy the picture was so poor to begin with, yet he instructed us to continue.I can send all back up documentation to you if you want, but I am upset he has taken this course of action when he insisted we proceed. We have shipped close to 7500 units with this being the first negative comment on quality.
