PLEASE DO NOT TRUST DRAPRIL I***, DRP*** OR DRKAREN E*** WITH YOUR CAT OR DOG! You may lose your pet if you do because they are extremely careless and they won't be there for you if your cat or dog has adverse reactionDrP*** & DrApril I*** gave my yorkie a powerful longterm antibiotic injection that stays in your system for days and it killed herThey had no business giving this to a little dog without making sure it was the right antibioticI went in to get urine culture sensitivity test, blood work &'ultrasound for my yorkie on August 20th 2015, I was concerned she had a stoneDrP*** did ultrasound and told me her kidneys were inflamedDrP*** & DrApril I*** came in the room together and said we need to treat her aggressively because she has an infectionThey said *** works great and they have never known a dog to have side effects, and they wanted to give her the injection that day, so instead of waiting for the culture & sensitivity test to come back like any prudent doctor would do, they went ahead and gave it to her this dangerous & deadly injection without even knowing if it was the right antibioticNormally a doctor will start with their best guess antibiotic while they are waiting for the culture and sensitivity to come back, to try & give the animal relief, as they can always change it if needed, once the results come in, but this is a powerful long term antibiotic that stays in your system for days so no turning back if it's not the correct oneThe *** insert clearly states "A sample of the lesion should be obtained for culture and susceptibility testing prior to beginning antimicrobial therapy." And there is also this: "Prescribing antibacterial drugs in the absence of a proven or strongly bacterial infection is unlikely to provide benefit to treated animals and may increase the risk of the development of drug-resistant animal pathogens."But they did not wait and they pressured me and acted like it was our only hope
I went in six days later on August for follow up and I was given to an relief veterinarian by the name of DrKaren E***, I wanted to get blood work to monitor what was going on because Bunny didn't seem right, and the blood work showed that her values had already changed quite a bit in just six short days, her RBC, HCT & HGB was reducing and in the low, I expressed concern and DrKaren E*** was extremely rude to me, she raised her voice and said that any problems she's having is coincidental and perhaps I should go somewhere else if I don't trust what the doctors didShe then proceeded to shove a oral syringe down my little dogs mouth pushing large amount of medicine in, she was very aggressive about it, I kept telling her to stop I could give her the rest at home but she wouldn't, because how dare I mention that I was concerned about this injection, I later found out that she gave my little yorkie ml of medicine and my little dogs dosage was .5, my yorkie was unable to poop for days after this and was miserableShe also told me that she stands behind what DrP*** & Dr I*** did and wouldn't change a thing if we could go backMy yorkie had blood work four times between Aug 20th and Oct6th and her numbers went from to dangerousHer blood work showed her RBC HCT and HGB going down and her Creatine going up, my yorkie died on Octafter the fight of her lifeShe died of hemolytic anemia, (the side effect and what most animals die of after this injection) and renal failureDrP*** or Dr April I*** never called me, not even once to even check on my dogThe doctors at Memorial Town & Country Animal Clinic are careless and if your dog has adverse reaction they are more concerned with their ego than they are treating your animal for these adverse reactionsThey could care less!! I highly suggest you go somewhere else and don't get the *** injection, dogs & cats are dropping dead from this deadly injection, it's very new and has only been tested for deep skin lacerations, it's normally given to ferrel cats because they are hard to catch to medicate, my yorkie was easy to medicate and they knew thisIt was not even intended for kidneys, in fact the insert says to not use it on animals with kidney issuesThey also have the exact medication in oral form, so there was no reason to give this injection*** has a short shelf life so they are known to give this antibiotic if the expiration date is nearing, otherwise they lose moneyWhy else would they give a shot that's not even intended for that purpose and before the culture sensitivity test came back? Especially when they have the same medication in oral form!
We lost the love of our life because of these doctors, don't let the same thing happen to your baby

The customer purchased the appliances I told the customer to give the refrigerator a few hours before plugging it in,after they got it where it was going to be in the homeThe customer called and said they plugged it up immediately, I told them it probably damaged the compressor I went out
anyway and got the fridge cooling.I told them it hopefully will last but the compressor could be damaged as a result of plugging it in too soonTwo months later the customer calls and says she hafld another appliance repair man check the fridge and it is junkI tried to give her another fridge just to keep her happy but she said it was awful and she would just buy a fridge somewhere elseI tried to keep the customer happy but I tan out of options and she did not want to cooperate, even though I had no obligation to do anything since it was an saleAs for the stove mentioned with a bad burner I ordered a new burner and replaced it free of charge

I have stated the facts.I was not obligated to do anything but tried to keep the customer happy by offering here the nicest fridge I had at the time that would fit in her spot at no chargeThere is nothing else to be said about this situation

Regarding the above complaintI have yet to receive the refund from the Business as promisedI want to make sure that I will also receive back the taxes I paid as well: $with tax comes to $It has been days, and my bank has no record of him initiating the refundI attempted to send this through the Complaint Website, however it's considered closed since I accepted the resolution*** ***

The business owner has lied about his "attempts to resolve the complaint." I did hang up on him (as stated in my original complaint because he was wasting my time telling me what I needed to do (vs saying he would come out to actually fix the problem) and I had already told him (via text message) that I had a meeting to go to at that time.
Furthermore, the phone records will not show a single attempt to call me back. Just a series of texts in which he defended his own actions but did not offer to come and fix the problem he had been hired to address. I asked him flat out if he would come back to address the problem and he never once responded. I have texts I'd be willing to come in and share and phone records as well. I told him he was "off the hook" (which again he did not respond to) when he refused to answer the question of whether or not he would be coming back (at no charge) to address the repair he was hired to do. He never responded.
Again, as stated in my original complaint, I know the chances of getting any kind of reimbursement for the waste of money are slim. However, I do think it is important for other consumers to know what to expect from this business. Any company that would charge this much money to a customer to "fix" a problem, but would not want to make sure the problem had been corrected is, in my opinion, not trustworthy. [redacted]the technician) said he "did what he said he would do." That is not true. He told me replacing the part would fix the problem. It did not. He made no actual attempts to make it right. I did replace the filter as suggested. However, the fact that 8 ice cubes were produced following his repair and not a single one more is indicative of something not being "fixed." I paid $362 and that afforded 8 ice cubes. The idea that he thinks that is reasonable and repaired (at $45 per cube) is more than enough reason to want to caution other consumers.

Hi again,
I STILL have not received the refund from the business. They are in the same county as us, so we should receive it within 1-2 days of him mailing, so this means he hasn't tried yet. I agreed to the resolution on 6/2. Then contacted you guys because I hadn't received the refund and accepted his resolution AGAIN on 6/8. But here it is 6/20 and I still haven't received the refund.

His lies do not change the outcome.  Just because he makes up an excuse does not actually mean it happened.  I was never told to wait to hook up the fridge which is irrelevant as I didn't plug it in for a couple of hours as we were busy with other things.  I do not want a replacement fridge in worse condition than the one I purchased initially.  He runs a business that thrives on selling broken equipment and calls it As-Is condition.
