I initiated a purchase with Memorials By Design and paid Chris a deposit of half on a headstone for my brother's grave, in March of 2015. The drawing he submitted to me was an amateur/childish pencil rendition of a headstone. I rejected it and asked for a computer generated version. He did not send it to me. In the interim my mother and passed away. I approved the initial drawing so that I could finally complete this phase of my brothers funeral. To date and after 12 or more calls Chris refuses to answer my request to have the headstone placed on my brother's grave. My appeals to have the headstone placed has gone unanswered. He has repeatedly refused to refund my deposit. Even though the foundation was paid for, and poured over three weeks ago the headstone has not been erected. I live in Georgia and made a special trip to see my brothers headstone placed on his grave. This has been extremely painful for me. I was responsible for my mother and aunt's funeral. Headstones have been placed for both. I have never had this happen before. Please advise others of this company's unethical practices. Please Help!!!
