Upon receiving this complaint, I tried refunding the customer, however, her [redacted] was no longer active and so she requested that I ship itThe same day, I shipped out the sweatshirt and since then she has received itI deeply apologize to the customer for the delay, we had a huge backup since Black Friday and we have finally gotten ahold of the backup

On January 18, 2016, this order was shipped out via *** Priority MailIn the product description of the product "*** ***" which is what the customer purchased, it mentions that the customer should expect to wait 4-weeks for the
product to be produced so we shipped to the customer within the mentioned windowAccording to the tracking information, this package was delivered to the customers address on January 22, We apologize for the wait that the customer went through and hope they can understand that we aren't a "fraud company" or "steal money" as mentioned in their complaint

Upon receiving this complaint in the mail, I immediately issued a full refund to the customer as they requested when they stated that "[they] want [their] money back." in the letterSince Black
