Memories Forever

Memories Forever, in my opinion, are deliberately misleading customers and intentionally trying to leave them hanging with no other option than to use their service after bookingI rented a person party bus for my wedding with them for [redacted] back in [redacted] They told me they were going through a change in ownership and would be contacting me when everything was finalized to get payment and confirm the reservationThere were no problems with them taking my money, they were happy to do so Throughout the summer, my wife (then fiance) stood in multiple weddings which employed Memories Forever party busesEach time, she told me that the A/C wasn't working, or the wrong bus showed up, and in one case, the bus didn't show up at all, and the wedding party had to get family members to drive them to the photo locations days before my wedding, they called me to tell me that the A/C was broken, and that they wouldn't be offering any refunds based on A/C not working, and that the driver would "keep the hatch open" and they would give us free bottles of waterWhen I asked how long they had known about this issue, the woman on the phone said they "had issues over the weekend" and that it was "being looked at the week"When I pressed for more information, I could tell she was uneasy answering my question, and I felt like I was being lied toIf I hadn't known of the issues with their buses from throughout the summer (July and August are two times I heard about problems with their buses), I may have just accepted itBut I had them call my fiance and explain the same thing to her What they didn't know was how many times she had been on their buses over the summer and that the A/C, wrong buses, buses not showing up had been happening all summerMemories Forever offered a refund only if we were to cancel the bookingI have no doubt that they called on Wednesday (when the wedding was Saturday) under the assumption that we wouldn't have time find another busLuckily, we didIn fact, [redacted] (the original company) offered us their seat bus for less than Memories Forever quoted the same busOn the wedding day, [redacted] actually provided a 40-person bus for the price of a 20-person bus, two bottles of champagne (after promising just 1), complimentary water and perfectly functioning air conditioning After booking with [redacted] , we cancelled Memories Forever and they told us it would be a week before they could give us a refundAgain, that wasn't going to happenWe requested an immediate refund, as they said they couldn't process it over the phone (even after we paid them over the phone), and eventually received the refund I, nor my family, nor any of my friends, will ever use the Memories Forever party busIt is my belief that they have no intentions of fixing any of the problems they are having (for months) and will leave people hanging, mere days before their event I would rate the service provided by Memories Forever a 0/

There were no problems with them taking my money, they were happy to do so.

I, nor my family, nor any of my friends, will ever use the Memories Forever party bus. It is my belief that they have no intentions of fixing any of the problems they are having (for months) and will leave people hanging, mere days before their event.
