Mr*** believed these to be diamonds, though the receipt does state they are "threaded yellow gold bezel cz"We normally do not allow returns on previously worn jewelry, but an employee did offer to allow Mr*** to have credit for his purchase price toward genuine diamond jewelry in that size (which would run $each or $for the pair) but he was not satisfiedI apologize that Mr*** was not given my contact information to make other arrangements, but he can email directly at *** and I will make an exception to our return policy since there must have been a miscommunication and he is unhappy with his purchase as a result

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe owner Crystal was very kind to offer me a refund and an apology I am very grateful and will gladly bring business to her in the future Thank you to everyone who helped me at Evolution I appreciate it
