Owner and representative of Memories Made LLC, an event planning company, provided a contract when services were agreed on which stipulated 100% refund within 15 days of the event. I requested to cancel all services on 06/15/2020 which was over 30 days from my event July 18,2020. The Owner, whom I dealt with, is now refusing to refund the full amount and claiming that there were charges incurred for processing fees and contractor down payments which she refuses to provide proof or documentation of. None of these stipulations were mentioned in her contract. I have explored every amicable avenue to resolve this issue and the Owner is unwilling to cooperate.

Refund All I have requested is to receive the full refund which I am legally entitled to.
