We just had a horrible hail storm come through a few days before this reservation.  The limousine was actually in the shop to be repaired and I had to pull it out to complete this reservation.  The store was closed on Saturday when the customer called, and did not reopen again until...

Tuesday at 11am.  The driver spoke to the customer the day of the reservation about the limousine and the customer made the decision to use the limousine service at the contracted rate.  We provided the service for the customer, she used it for the entire time that she originally requested.
