Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle was not in flawless condition because when I tried to get it inspected, it failed because the tire rods as well as the tired was shot, and there was a slew of other issues totaling almost 4, in repairs in order for them to pass itI had to take the car back to Auto Holdings where they had the vehicle for a month getting the parts that was needed for the car to pass inspectionShortly after getting the car back, I had a conversation with a manager in regards to getting the car repaired because as Audi said on the invoice from the diagnostic, the car was tripping codesI went ahead and paid for the various items thinking that it will be fixed, but it has been one thing after another with the carAt this point, I do not know what to do as the car has not been driven in over a month, because I do not want to continue to erode what was already wrong with the carI thought that I would have a decent car, and not have all of the stress related to purchasing a car, as it stands, I just want Auto Holdings to compensate me for the damaged vehicleI am in the process of looking into purchasing a new car, but I cannot get a decent price for the car with all of the issues that the vehicle has Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only negative equity would have been $I paid $by check the car balance was The amount Auto Holding said they would give me for my car is $I was instructed to put down $( which was paid by check and cashed by auto holding) therefore wiping out the balance -$left on the carWith that being said the only negative balance on the car would have been $Per the documentation I attached previouslyI am currently working with the DMV because the License Plate the New BMW Xwas registered under actually belongs to a Saab 9-ARC In turn I will have to pay to re-register my vehicle along with paying for another plate which I plan to do tomorrow AM Regards, [redacted]

With all due respect, you are being unreasonableThe Owner, myself, and all related to this sale are fully aware of everythingThe problem is that you cannot agree with the fact that your trade in that we sold and even provided your attorney with a copy of that bill of sale did not cover all the negative equity you had in that vehicleThe title to the [redacted] you purchased was without any defects or issuesA copy of which everyone sawThat vehicle was purchased directly from [redacted] ***, not some tiny third party venderWe offered to get you out of that vehicle, which as you can tell is in outstanding condition, but that is besides the pointWe offer you to choose from any identical type of car and an extended warranty on topYou requested a newer model worth significantly moreWe then offered to completely terminate the transaction, take the car back, cover all related expensesHowever you demanded we cover the thousands of dollars of negative equity you had due to your tradeWhy would we ever want to create a headache for someone? Besides the fact that would be without moral, it would not be good for business by any meansSo when you type that we "fraudulently obtained a loan" it makes it all but impossible to resolve this matterWe want to get this resolved for you to the best of our ability, but we need you to be nothing more than fair and reasonableUntil that happens, we will keep going back and forthThe only thing more important than health and money is timeLet's get this squared away and move on to use the time we waste disagreeing on something more positive and enjoyable

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As I mentioned previously, I was not made aware of dealer fees being added to the purchase price of $49,There were other complaints made by other customers regarding fees being added after negotiationsAll of us did not misunderstandThey mentioned reducing the total price but did not specify the amount of the reduction or provide any detailDoes this entail removing the $3,of dealer fees as well as reducing the price of the vehicle? We have spoke to the client and had resolved the issueShe traded the vehicle to another dealer as per our salespersonShe requested a refunded for the warranty purchased, and we notified the bank to do soShe has not contacted us directly since which leads us to assume all issues have been resolvedShould that not be the case, we look forward to communicating with the client to ensure this dispute is resolved immediately

All of our cars are advertised with a full disclaimer of the price not including things like fees, taxes, etcUpon agreeing on the selling price the finance manager went over the entire deal line by line, dollar by dollarUpon which a contract is printed and given to the buyer to review prior to signingThe client, verbally confirmed that all items broken down on the agreement were to her understanding and signed the contract as well as other documentsAfter the sale took place, the client claimed she did not understand/agree/want to pay the price she signed forWhile not required to do so, we voided the deal and refunded the buyer in fullWith all dealer fees included, our vehicle is still the cheapest on the marketThe client has the option to purchase the vehicle at the original terms of agreementWe would even be willing to reduce the total price as a courtesyThis is the only offer we haveThank You
