My name is [redacted] **, this email is in regards to complaint # We wanted to give you an update and ask if any next steps are necessary to close out the complaintWe appreciate your time in helping us resolve the matter For a quick recap: earlier this year on March 22, we had filed a complaint against a photography company called Memory Photo Gallery based out of Millbrae, CAThe company responded the following month but it contained a drastically different account of the events, many of which were outright lies and didn't seem to move the resolution forwardAt that point we realized that even with a reputable mediator such as the Revdex.com there wasn't a way to resolve the issueSo we never submitted a second response from our end, we decided to file for small claims instead Our court date was early last month and the conclusion of the hearing was the judge ruling in our favorAt this point there wouldn't be a need to respond again to the case on Revdex.com right? For a quick recap: earlier this year...

on March 22, 2017 we had filed a complaint against a photography company called Memory Photo Gallery based out of Millbrae, CA. The company responded the following month but it contained a drastically different account of the events, many of which were outright lies and didn't seem to move the resolution forward. At that point we realized that even with a reputable mediator such as the Revdex.com there wasn't a way to resolve the issue. So we never submitted a second response from our end, we decided to file for small claims instead.
