Review: I returned incompatible memory months ago and despite serveral mails, phone calls or chat attempts, I still have not been refund

I bought memory on september 2012. I received it a couple weeks later, tested it in all ways possible, as suggested on their website, but could not get it to work (constant beep). I returned it with a RMA# and never got any news after that. I sent several (more than 10) emails that were never answered. I called few times. It was hard to finnaly get to talk with comebody. Once, they said that they had a computer problem and I should call back. I call few other times and there was always something, when I could talk to somebody. After few calls, they told me that they would refund me. Never did. I called again, they told me that it should have been done and he assure me that he would do it. Still never done it. I tried to call again today but I'm redirected to a voice mail. I tried their online chat but, in my case, I always get redirected to a comment form. I send back the memory on september 18 and still have not been refund for it.Desired Settlement: Refund the price of the memory (Can$55.56)

Review: Memory /RAM for a laptop was purchased from this company. When attempted to install and found out it was not compatible, the product was returned within 14 days. When speaking with the contact at this company, it was assured that a credit was going to be put on my credit card, since I had purchased this through their website. I sent multiple emails requesting a full refund to my credit card. There was never a response, nor a phone call. I called several times and talked with a man that sound from a middle east accent, couldn't understand him well. "[redacted]", I believe his name. He informed me not to worry and a credit was going to be put on my credit card, once the part was received. After checking my tracking number for the return and showing that it was delivered, I called again since I didn't not get a return call from my phone calls. I was told that NOW that only a store credit was allowed. Their policy does not state any store credit, but a full refund. They have not contacted me at all, nor have they done anything to fix it. I have been ignored on both multiple emails sent and phone calls.I find this company dishonest and deceiving, along with no communication or customer service. They will take your money but once they have it, will have nothing to do with you if you return it. Consumer BEWARE, shop elsewhere. They are a government supplier as well.Desired Settlement: Credit card refund. They did not want to do it when I talked to them. Only store credit, this was not their initial statement. They indicated a full refund on my credit card.

Business states that the consumer had initially accepted the store credit offered to him. Consumer then contacted his credit card company to dispute the charges, the bank has contacted the business and confirmed this. At this point due to the consumer disputing the transaction and a charge back being processed with the credit card company no refund is due.

I am rejecting this response because: When asked about return policy when purchasing this product, I asked if I would have it charged back to my CREDIT CARD, not store credit. They said YES. They misled the consumer, very dishonest, and deceptive, communication was made clear, a repeat was done on a follow up call. Have reported them to consumer affairs.
