Memphis Auto Sales Reviews (2)

Memphis auto sales tried to repair my car but they actually caused more damages to the car.I bought a 2008 dodge avenger from Memphis auto sales on 2/20/2012. I started having problems with my car in May 2013, so I decided to put it in a repair shop ([redacted]). The shop decided that I needed a PCM update, which is a new computer and installment which was a total of $536.00. Before the shop could even start repairing it the dealership repossessed the car. While the car was in Memphis Auto Sales possession, they attempted to fix the car their self. After I paid the remaining balance I owed on the car, I was allowed to get my car back. When I got in my car and started it up there were several lights in the dash board that were lit such as the electronic throttle control and the check engine light was blinking which was not like that before. My car was driving a lot worser than it was before they repossessed it. So I took my car back to the shop ([redacted]) to see what was going on. [redacted] informed me that there were several things that was wrong with it now. There were wires hanging, fuse boxes uncovered, hot rod wiring from the transmission, etc. They (Memphis auto sales) basically rigged up my car so it would run for a second. The repair shop informed me that all of these things that's wrong with it now was not like that before Memphis Auto Sales had it in their possession. So, now the repair shop ([redacted]), have to fix what the dealership (Memphis auto sales) damaged plus what was wrong with it at first in order for the car to run properly. I called memphis auto sales and spoke with [redacted] and he informed me that they had fixed the car and there was nothing they could do to help me.Desired SettlementI want the business to pay for the damages they caused to my car.
