No refund on season ticket for 2015-16 season.I am disable/retire 61 year old veterans who recently cancel my season ticket for 2015-16 season with the Memphis Grizzlies. I have waited patiently for a refund of $1,173.25 since July 13, 2015, when I cancel this season ticket. They stopped the monthly payments I was making, but no refund. I have been a loyal Grizzlies fan. I have spend over $10,000 on season tickets the last two seasons. I spend $4,900 on the 2013-14 season and $5,410 on the 2014-15 season in Club One section. Also that not counting parking and concessions. I expect my money to be return to my account or mail me a check. I do not have $1,173.25 to just give to the Grizzlies.Desired SettlementI want a refund of my MONEY, once again a refund of MY MONEY. Plain and Simple.Business Response Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)So what you are telling me that If I had wanted a refund last year of $5,410 for two season tickets I would not get my money. Also the $4,900 I paid for 2013-14 season I would not have gotten that back either. Now this is the is the first time that I have heard anything about a no refund policy. I receive no literature over the years or sign no contracts stating this. I am a Grizzlies fan to the end, but no one tell me what I do with my money or how I spend it. I am very disappoint with your company and your so call policy, which I have never seem or heard of.
