Memphis Garage Door

On August 12, 2013 Memphis Garage Door was contacted to repair my garage door. The company came out and advised me that the garage motor needed to be replaced. I, in turn, authorized the replacement of the motor. During the week of August 19, 2013, I noticed a loud grumbling noise coming from the garage door as it closed. The noise stopped shortly after. During the last week of October I noticed the loud noise coming from the garage door started back. I contacted the Memphis Garage Door on Nov. 6, 2013 and left a message. "[redacted]" returned my call on Nov. 9, 2013. He then left a message and I returned his call, again, shortly after. At this time I explained the noise and told "[redacted]" that the garage appeared to be damaged from the installation of the motor. I also told him that the motor seemed to have been to small to accommodate the weight of my door, especially compared with the size of the motor that was replaced on August 12, 2013. "[redacted]" said that he compared the weight of the door with the motor and that it was sufficient. On December 26, 2013, I pulled into the garage and pushed the garage remote to let it down. The garage started to close and then collapsed to the ground. The brackets that attach the garage door to the motor completely disassembled, causing the garage door to violently collapse.Product_Or_Service: Garage Door RepairDesired SettlementTo resolve this matter I would like a replacement or repair of the garage door (or parts that has caused the garage to not work).
