Memphis Inn

Displeased with room and service.I stayed at the memphis inn on Sycamore view road from 6/11/15-6/15/15. The hotel room at first appearance looks very cleaned but towards the end of my stayed a used condom fell from my bed. My mother ,7 year old daughter and I came into town for my sister's wedding so this was from a previous guest. I called the front desk to show them and the manager started yelling at the housekeeping staff. I don't feel as if I was compensated fairly, in fact, I will like my whole amount back.Desired SettlementI'VE took pictures. She stayed 3 nights and she was refunded for the third night stay. Whole stay cannot be refunded.If she would have complained first day it would have been done so. But half hour before the check out time and asking for whole refund is not possible for the hotel.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The staff was helpful and they didn't show any compassion.
