I placed an order with Memphis Made Tees on September 14, 2020. They state on their website to allow 7-14 business days for shipping, with a disclaimer that shipping times may be delayed due to Covid-19. Today is October 19, 2020 and I have emailed them twice to simply inquire of an anticipated shipping date for my order. I am very disappointed that a representative for the company has not taken the time to respond to my emails to inform me of when my order will be shipped. I understand that shipping may be delayed due to Covid-19, however at the least a better business practice would be to respond to customers email when inquiring about their order.
