Paid for new lenses for glasses on 6/4/13 and still have not received themOn June 4, 2013, I went to Memphis Optical to get new lenses for my glasses. They kept my frames, but I had an older pair that I thought would work for the week I was told it would take to get the new pair. I called a week later and was told they were not in and should be in a few days. Finally got called late on Friday, June 14, 2013, that they were ready. I got there about 15 minutes before they closed and picked them up. Noticed on the way home, I could not see well in the distance portion and that night I could not find the reading part, so went back to old glasses and took the new ones back on Monday, June 16, 2013, where he agreed with me that they had been done incorrectly. I asked if it would be another week, and he said yes. I called back a week later and several times since then about the glasses, but still have not received them as of July 11, 2012. I had to pay them on the front end so they have $315 of my money and my glasses frames.Desired SettlementI would like a refund of my money and my frames back so I can go somewhere else to get my glasses. Right now I am stuck because they have my frames and $315 of my money, and I cannot afford another pair of frames and another $300+ for new lenses.Business' Initial Response I delivered her glasses today and her vision was good. The first lenses she could not see with so we reade another pair and now her vision is good.
