I purchased Tile Shower or Bathtub Re-Caulking Plus Sealing Treatment from Memphis Painting and Design via [redacted]. They failed to show twiceOn 6/11 I purchased a voucher form [redacted] for $97.00 from Memphis Painting and Design for Shower re-caulking and sealing. I spoke to their office on 6/12 and they scheduled the services for 6/23 at 3:00PM. I took a 1/2 day of PTO time in order to be at home for the service. At 4:45 PM they had not arrived and I called their office. There was no answer. I called all day on 6/24 and still not answer. I spoke to them on 6/25 and they said no one was home and the left a card. I told them that was impossible since I was in the front driveway working with the garage doors open during that time frame and my house perimeter security cameras that will show that they did not show up. She then said they must have gotten lost and re-scheduled the service for 6/27 at 5:00PM. I received a call from who the office identified as the owner and he stated that they were running late and would be at my house at 7:00PM, no later than 7:30PM. We cancelled our plans for the evening and waited. They did not show or did not call. I spoke to the office on 6/30, and still no one has called me about the no show. I was informed I could go back to [redacted] and get my refund. This is after I had already lost the use of that money for nearly 3 weeks, spent PTO time and money, and cancelled a social event. I asked that the owner call me to discuss. On 7/1 I still have not heard from him. The lack of customer service, professionalism and integrity is not needed in MemphisDesired SettlementThe service completed and a refundBusiness Response We are very busy and we arrived at his home and knocked on the door with no response. A card was left and he called and spoke to my assistant. He then inquired about free services since he missed his appointment with us. I was held up on another job and called to reschedule. He said no way needs to be done today. I informed him I would try to be there by 7:30 but not a definite. We are a busy company and his home is outside of our service area. Any refunds will be dealt with through [redacted]. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service but cannot provide free services because of our volume of business. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This is all a lie. They never came to my house on the originally scheduled appointment. I was home the entire time and was actually out in the front yard working during the entire time of the appointment. When I informed them of this they said they must have gotten the wrong house and asked to reschedule. I told them that since I took off work for this appointment that they should not charge me for the service but I would be willing to give them another chance. I was told the owner of the business would be at the next appointment and that he would discuss with me my dissatisfaction in person. The second appointment was set. I was called and was told they would be late and would be there by 7:30. No one showed, no one called. When I called the business, I was told that was the owner that failed to show up or call and that they were embarrassed. This is a bad business and with poor customer service, and now you can add dishonest to that. I would recommend that the good people of Memphis adopt a buyer beware mode with this Memphis Painting and Design and stay clear of them. I gave them two chances to live up to their word. They never came by, they never left a card and they never called. They are an embarrassment to the business owners of Memphis and should be closed downFinal Business Response

I purchased an[redacted] Home pressure washing on August 14, 2014. The business will not respond to my messages and contact me for delivery.I purchased the[redacted] Home pressure washing on August 14. When I call the number, the message box is full. I have facebooked the company twice. I have sent a letter to the address listed. I have been unable to contact a live person and they have not responded to my messages.Desired SettlementI would like the company to provide the service I requested.

Contract not fulfilled. Fraud is suspected, non delivery of products.I paid $900.00 to Mr. [redacted] as half payment to install grass sod in my yard on June 7, 2014,however, I have not heard from Mr. [redacted] since he got the money. I suspect fraud in this transaction.Desired SettlementI want a refund of my money.
